I no longer offer 15-minute chats because your system deserves more than a surface-level introduction.
Instead, I offer a 45-minute Somatic Mapping Consultation. We go inside immediately. We identify the parts driving your current pressure and map the biology of your leadership. You leave with a clear view of your internal landscape.
From there, we decide if we are the right fit for the deeper unburdening work

IFS Immersive Intensives
While traditional therapy sessions are beneficial, sometimes an hour a few times a month just isn’t enough. You might find yourself spending much of the time catching up and scheduling, with only a short window to focus on what’s really important.
Intensives provide a solution by offering longer sessions. This allows you to dive deeper and experience more meaningful transformation and healing in a shorter period. With extended time, you can explore and address your most pressing concerns more thoroughly.
