Discover the Power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in Groups
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative therapeutic approach that embraces every part of our being. It recognizes that we all possess a core essence or Self, along with a multitude of inner parts.
These parts interact like a family system, which is why the method is named as such—not in reference to your family of origin, but rather to the dynamics within your internal world.
Experience IFS Healing Circles
In this introductory workshop, IFS Healing Circles blend the powerful impact of IFS with sacred group work. Through this compassionate model, we’ll connect with and nurture our inner parts that need attention. This fosters clarity, peace, joy, and love throughout our system. IFS offers a gentle way to work with conflicting parts, releasing old traumas, emotions, and beliefs, while guiding us to live from our core sacred essence.
What to Expect in the Workshop
This 90-minute workshop offers an experiential journey that includes:
IFS is inherently relational, fostering connections with your inner parts. Doing this work in a group, where you witness and share with others, empowers personal growth and builds a community of like-minded individuals. The group size is limited to ensure ample time for questions and sharing.
This is a sanctuary for personal growth, far removed from the clinical confines of therapy. This is not therapy; it's a haven for those seeking deep, meaningful connections. It is a place where speaking for AND from parts is welcomed.
This isn't a training ground. It doesn't point fingers. It doesn't demand performance or perfection, but values authenticity and personal exploration. It fosters understanding and collective witnessing.
