What Makes the Small Consultation Group Unique?
Led by Achara Tarfa, seasoned IFS Level 2 Practitioner, this exclusive group accommodates up to 6 individuals. Participants will engage with Achara for 90-minute sessions every other week over the course of 7 sessions.
Session Details​
The inaugural session will cover general topics, while sessions 2-6 will each focus on one participant for approximately an hour, followed by 30 minutes of group discussion and didactic content.
