IFS Healing Circles
Understanding Your Inner World
Group coaching offers a unique space where individuals facing similar challenges can come together, share their experiences, and find strength in each other. This collective approach can be far more impactful than one-on-one coaching.
IFS suggests that our minds are like families, with different "parts" each having their own perspectives, memories, and emotions. The goal of IFS is to create harmony among these parts, guided by the Self embodies compassion, curiosity, and confidence.

Discover the Power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in Groups
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative therapeutic approach that embraces every part of our being. It recognizes that we all possess a core essence or Self, along with a multitude of inner parts. These parts interact like a family system, which is why the method is named as such—not in reference to your family of origin, but rather to the dynamics within your internal world.
Experience Intro to IFS Healing Circles
IFS Healing Circles merge the profound impact of IFS with the deep, sacred work of group therapy. This compassionate model allows us to connect with and nurture the parts of ourselves that need attention, fostering a relationship that leads to greater clarity, peace, joy, and love within our entire system. IFS offers a gentle means to work with conflicting parts that keep us stuck, aiding in the release of old traumas, emotions, and beliefs. It helps us embrace our core sacred essence and gradually live from that space.
What to Expect
Join this introductory group for an experiential journey that includes guided meditations, parts mapping, and embodied group sculpting. Group sculpting is a powerful method where participants engage directly with the facilitator, while group members support by embodying the roles of the person's parts, enhancing understanding of inner dynamics and creating space for healing. The opportunity to participate in sculpting will be a chosen agreement between sculptee and interested attendees.
IFS is inherently relational, fostering connections with your inner parts. Doing this work in a group, where you witness and share with others, empowers personal growth and builds a community of like-minded individuals. The group size is limited to ensure ample time for questions and sharing.
Unique Integration with Spirituality
As a faith based practitioner, I value how IFS aligns with and incorporates many spiritual healing perspectives, such as soul retrieval, ancestral and cultural burden clearing, and energetic and spiritual release assisted by the elements. I will maintain a sacred interfaith based space for this profound work
Training and Facilitation
